Dr Dan Horne
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (University of Adelaide)
Dr Dan Horne graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2006 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Over the past two decades, he has completed extensive training in implant surgery and fixed prosthodontics.
He enjoys all areas of dentistry, with a primary focus on cosmetic and rehabilitation cases, where detailed planning and precision play an important role in treatment outcomes.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys triathlon, snowboarding, and Formula 1.
Dr Miriana Radin
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (University of Adelaide)
Dr Miriana Radin graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide in 2010. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative treatments such as fillings, crowns and bridges, veneers, and porcelain onlays, as well as implant crowns, clear aligner orthodontic treatment, endodontics, extractions, and dentures.
Dr Radin has been a member of the Australian Dental Association – South Australian Branch since 2010 and regularly attends continuing education courses to stay up to date with developments in dentistry.
Outside dentistry, Dr Miriana enjoys spending time with her husband Josh and their three children, Lila, Mitchell, and Oliver. She also enjoys netball, reading, beach walks, and time with family and friends.
Dr Vanessa Pearce
University of Adelaide Graduate
Dr Vanessa Pearce joined Adelaide Smile and Implant Centre after graduating from the University of Adelaide. She is known for her calm and gentle demeanour and takes pride in delivering personalised, patient-centred care. She focuses on helping patients feel comfortable, well-informed, and confident throughout their dental visits, with an emphasis on education and long-term oral health.
Dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care, Dr Pearce actively pursues ongoing professional development and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. She has completed additional training in clear aligner therapy, enabling her to provide modern orthodontic options tailored to individual needs.
Outside the clinic, Dr Vanessa enjoys going to the gym and baking delicious treats.
Dr Francis
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (University of Adelaide)
Dr Francis graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1996 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Since graduating, he has spent 30 years working in private practices across Tasmania and South Australia.
He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and particularly values building long-term relationships with his patients, with some spanning more than 20 years.
Outside of dentistry, Francis enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children, and has a strong interest in collecting ancient Chinese artefacts.
